Everyone Active is offering free membership to people with Parkinson’s and their carers at any of its 190 sites across England.  This includes all leisure centres run by West Berkshire Council.

Membership includes: 

• use of gym equipment
• swim facilities (where applicable)
• group exercise classes
• EXi digital, a prescribed physical activity programme 
• Synergy Dance online classes..

Northcroft Leisure are also running a dedicated table tennis class.
